Alina Rodriguez is a first year Master of Environmental Science Student at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining the Anastas lab, Alina worked in the personal care industry where she gained experience in skin care formulation. Her current focus is designing green chemical alternatives for personal care products. In her research of chemical alternatives, she will be assessing their impact on human health and the environment while considering their life cycle processes.
