Fang Lin, a Ph.D. candidate in the Anastas Lab and the Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering, defended her PhD thesis on Thursday, August 10. Her defense presentation, “Greener Electrochemical Routes to Biomass Valorization: Ligning Upgrading and Synthetic Methodologies,” presented her research into novel electrochemical methods for greener lignin valorization. Congratulations Dr. Lin!
